4th day of Affirmative Actions

Uncategorized 4th day of Affirmative Actions

In the beginning, it was the Word. The word was God & the word was with God.

I use this scripture not for religious purposes but for healing. Since way back a word is used to create or manifest what is in the mind. I use to look at that in a literal sense but the more I bonded with my higher power the more things became clear. Life & death is in the power of the tongue.  I have learned this through experience. Some laws do not change. Have you ever said something out of anger & BOOM it happened? When you have calmed down you think to your self, why did I say that?

Let’s use our words to produce more love and harmony within our own well-being. That’s how come I know Affirmative Words are powerful when you have set your intentions & follow through.  Before anything we have a thought, next we have a feeling, then we act & depending on what we are feeding ourselves determines how we will respond to a thing. Of course, we have a belief system that recently I’ve come to realize in my world that we only need “to know”. To know is not to believe. When we know something, we don’t second-guess, we are sure of our thoughts about a certain thing which causes us respond more intentional.

Today, we choose how we like to live. Our body is a living sacrifice that we must cherish to reach our heavenly. I now know the way we treat our body is key to our livelihood & how we deal with situations.

It’s now 2:48 am here in Los Angeles. When I have an urge to write  I get up & write. Then, is the most powerful time to present our fresh ideas to others in the purest form.  Yesterday, I ate a bomb salad. Before I ate, I set intentions to allow the food I put in my body to give me all the minerals & nutrition that I need. We are now aware of what information that we chose to digest. Attached is a pic of the salad & below is an Affirmation Action that I applied before consuming. I hope this is an encouragement to you as it is for me. I’m super elated to share our journey with you. BTW we will have other sisters in the building expressing their thoughts as well. Stay tuned in & please feel free to interact & ask questions. Connect with “Tea”.
